To exchange your item, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order (the product must not have been worn).

Upon receipt of the parcel at our warehouse, we will exchange the size of your item at no extra cost. Your item will then be sent to you by post, by Colissimo, to your home. If the desired size is not available at the warehouse, we will refund your item by bank credit.

In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, you can use your right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to obtain a refund (postage costs are at your expense). The items must not have been worn except for the first fitting.

Upon receipt of the package at our warehouse, you will be notified by e-mail, your return will be registered and your bank account will be automatically credited.

Depending on the method of return you choose, it takes an average of 8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your package to reach our warehouse.

We invite you to check the status of your return using the parcel's shipping number. However, you will automatically be notified by email when your return is processed by our warehouse.

Returns are processed within 10 working days of receipt of your package at our warehouse. Once your parcel has been processed by our warehouse, you will be informed by email of the outcome of the request.

In accordance with the law, we are required to refund you to the same account you used to place your order.
